Wantage Town FC first team manager Matt bought his house in Kingsgrove earlier this year. Here’s what he has to say about living in Kingsgrove:
“We love our new home! We were specifically looking for a design of house that was open plan and St. Modwen Homes 4 bed “Barlow“ was exactly what we wanted. We also liked the large bay windows and how nicely presented the houses were on the whole site which was very inviting.
Adding to the appeal was the large garden and parking spaces, which isn’t always the case when you buy a new build. The site itself is very well presented, everything is tidy and nicely done, which gives the impression that St. Modwen care about quality over quantity.
Everyone from St. Modwen was extremely helpful, attending to our issues and made sure we settled in OK. I’d like to say a big thank you to the onsite builder Nico who was particularly helpful. Kingsgrove has a sense of community spirit and everyone always says hello to each other. Everyone seems extremely happy with the location and the purchase of their new homes.”
