Kingsgrove is being built in phases, with dedicated housebuilders for each distinct area. This means that, while the houses are all part of the same neighbourhood, there is also variety of house-types and designs, providing a character for each of the defined locales of Kingsgrove. Over 700 homes are now occupied, with Bellway, Taylor Wimpey, and Cala Homes all having successfully completed their phases, with many more to come.
